Waterloo Integrated Station Development
The Waterloo Integrated Station Development (WL ISD) consists of the new metro station at Waterloo (Waterloo Station) and the complementary development of the land above and adjacent to the station to provide a vibrant mixed-use precinct, the Metro Quarter Development (MQD). The Waterloo Station is an underground station approximately 25 metres below ground which features platform at B5 level, concourse at B3 level and retail at Street Level.
Developed integrated construction program with interface contractors to be monitored within Sydney Metro platform.
Developed and maintain Contract Program.
Developed level 4 and level 5 program for internal performance monitoring.
Assist in JHG in extension of time claim.
