Becoming a Consultant

Joining our intern program
Being a part of real projects allows our interns to experience firsthand what it takes to work in a consulting environment. Working with our Intern Placement Partner Program, we offer opportunities for self-initiation, career and communications development, as well as constructive feedback and training.
Our intern programs are structured around part-time or full-time work. Students, mature-age and career-transitioning people join our intakes every year. Interns are allocated to a lead or engagement team to carry out work within their chosen designation.
