Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre Redevelopment

The redevelopment of the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre (QEIIMC) is the development by WA Office of Strategic Projects (OSP) of an approximately $2.5Bn world-class facilities to support leadership in clinical care, research and education in the State of Western Australia. Key components of the Stage 1 Redevelopment include the construction of New Children’s Hospital; Multi-deck Carparking; Mental Health Unit; Central Energy Plant and Tunnels; Western Power Sub-station Compound; West Australian Institute of Medical Research (WAIMR); Pathwest; Cancer Centre Stage II; Telethon Institute of Children Health Research; and Major upgrading of associated site facilities and services.

BLUEVISIONS provided Planning and Project Controls as part of the OSP program team during the following phases of each project: Business case development; Facility planning; Procurement; Construction; and Hospital operational commissioning
