The $16 billion North East Link Program is one of Australia’s largest and most complex road infrastructure projects. The project includes two six-kilometer three lane tunnels, ventilation structures, green spaces, and 25 kilometers of new and upgraded walking and cycling tracks.
blueVisions has supported the Delivery, Planning & Interface team to deliver a project-wide integrated Digital Engineering Strategy (DES) –providing a seamless integration across all work packages and functional departments. This includes strategic, organisational and planning elements to implement this function across the whole entity and in collaboration with delivery partners for multiple packages of work.
