The Active Transport Portfolio constitutes of approximately $950M of investment between 2021-2026. The Active Transport Portfolio creates great places for people to walk and bike ride across NSW.
BLUEVISIONS have led the creation of the Active Transport across all aspects from ideation to benefits realization. We were engaged to overhaul the Get NSW Active Program across all phases including closure. This included:
Developing program guidelines and funding application portal
Assessing and recommending the projects for funding
Establishing the program delivery framework and processes
Portfolio management for all the 1300 projects including PSR reporting along with Data analytics for future projects.
