National Broadband Network (NBN)
The Australian Government established NBN Co Limited to invest up to $43 billion over eight years delivering superfast broadband nationally. NBN Co will build and operate the network, providing 90 percent ‘fibre to the premises’ coverage and delivering speeds of 100 megabits per second Australia wide.
Developed a bespoke NBN project controls methodology, with best practice tools for unprecedented transparency and effective real time reporting across the project lifecycle to ensure NBN contractors of increased control over resources and physical locations to protect contractual interests.
