GASCO Habshan 5 Gas Plant
blueVisions team in the UAE provided GASCO HABSHAN 5 with consultancy services and a workshop to develop clear and focussed strategic objectives for 2014. blueVisions provided these services by meeting with all Section Heads in order to align the strategic objective with the action plan. This allowed blueVisions to gain more in-depth understanding of each of the roles and responsibilities and discuss various action points that need to be reflected in the strategic objectives. After ensuring that the strategic objectives were correct and in line with the action plan, blueVisions then ran 2 half-day workshops on site at Habshan, to review all the points and make any necessary adjustments before the final document sign off. Wheatstone LNG is forecasted to be a $29bn project one of Australia's largest resource projects with a LNG liquefaction and export plant which will have an annual capacity of 15 million tonnes of LNG. Project scope entailed over 1 million cubic meters of fill placed for the construction village pad and 7 new access roads built to ensure safe access and accommodation for over 6000 workers. blueVisions scope consisted of providing detailed planning services, evaluation of extention of time claims, quantity tracking and forecasting to the clients requirements.
Darwin LNG Plant
Pluto LNG Plant Services Project
Georgiou is building Woodside's Greenfield LNG processing site which involves 4 areas: Effluent treatment Plant; Site B East; Road 10; and Road 5. The scope of works include construction of reinforced foundations (in-situ & precast), reinforced concrete basins & sumps, underground cabling, piping, drainage, and detailed earthworks. The construction is employing some 1,500 people.
Wheatstone Access Roads Project
Wheatstone LNG is forecasted to be a $29bn project one of Australia's largest resource projects with a LNG liquefaction and export plant which will have an annual capacity of 15 million tonnes of LNG. Douglas Mineral Sands Project
Hamilton Mineral Separation Plant and Balmoral mine site, spearheading the completion of the 18-month project. Engaged after significant delays and design issues on the project. The project valued $350 million for three years, located in Murray Bassin. blueVisions managed the completion phase of the project, including all planning and coordination of on-site work, successfully achieving stringent quality, time and monetary requirements and to manage the contractual disputes arising from these delays to the value of an additional AUD$300M.
